Every waterproofing takeoff is 100% drawing-referenced — every membrane layer, termination condition, and sealant joint tied to a specific detail or plan sheet.
Below-Grade Waterproofing
Sheet-applied and fluid-applied membrane — SF by wall and slab area, drainage composite, protection board, and termination bar. Foundation walls, elevator pits, and below-grade slabs separated.
Plaza Deck & Podium Waterproofing
Traffic-bearing and non-traffic membrane systems — SF by deck area, drainage mat, protection course, and all edge conditions. Hot-fluid, cold-fluid, and sheet systems identified.
Air & Vapor Barriers
Self-adhered, fluid-applied, and mechanically fastened air barriers — SF by wall assembly type. Vapor retarders by perm rating and location (interior/exterior face).
Joint Sealants & Caulking
Polyurethane, silicone, and polysulfide sealants — LF by joint type (control, expansion, perimeter, penetration). Backer rod and bond breaker tape included.
Dampproofing & Crystalline Systems
Bituminous dampproofing, cementitious crystalline waterproofing, and negative-side systems — SF by application area and number of coats.
Excel Workbook + Annotated Markups
Quantities in Excel organized by system type and building zone — with annotated PDF markups tied to foundation plans, wall sections, and waterproofing details.
