Complete Demolition Takeoff
Every demolition takeoff is 100% drawing-referenced — every wall, floor, ceiling, and MEP system to be removed tied to a specific demolition plan or phasing drawing.
Selective Demolition Quantities
SF of walls, floors, and ceilings to be removed — by assembly type (drywall, CMU, concrete, tile). LF of partitions, SF of flooring, and unit counts for fixtures and equipment.
Structural Demolition
CY of concrete to be demolished, tonnage of structural steel to be removed, LF of masonry walls — organized by structural element and floor level.
MEP Demolition Scope
LF of pipe, conduit, and ductwork to be removed — by system type. Equipment counts for HVAC units, panels, fixtures, and devices to be demolished.
Hazardous Material Abatement Allowances
SF of suspected ACM (asphalt tile, pipe insulation, drywall joint compound) and LF of lead-painted surfaces — noted as allowances pending survey results. Actual abatement quantities require a certified survey.
Site Clearing & Demolition
SF of pavement to be removed, CY of bulk demolition debris, unit counts for structures to be demolished — from civil and demolition plans.
