Complete Landscape Takeoff
Every landscape takeoff is 100% drawing-referenced — every plant count, irrigation head, and hardscape area tied to a specific planting plan, irrigation plan, or hardscape detail.
Planting & Landscaping
Tree counts by caliper and species, shrub counts by container size, groundcover SF, sod and seeding SF — from landscape planting plans and plant schedules.
Irrigation Systems
LF of mainline and lateral pipe by diameter, head counts by type (rotor, spray, drip emitter), valve counts, and controller zones — from irrigation plans.
Hardscape & Paving
SF of concrete and unit paver walkways, patios, and plazas — by material type and pattern. LF of curbs, edging, and borders. Separate from roadway paving in sitework.
Site Furnishings & Amenities
Benches, tables, bike racks, bollards, trash receptacles, and play equipment — unit counts from site furnishing plans and specifications.
Soil Preparation & Amendments
CY of topsoil, compost, and soil amendments — by planting bed area and specified depth. Mulch SF and depth noted separately.
Excel Workbook + Annotated Markups
Quantities in Excel organized by landscape zone and plant category — with annotated PDF markups tied to planting plans, irrigation plans, and hardscape details.
